In continuation with my previous post here is the step by step process for preparing bread pudding.
12 pieces of milk bread........all corners removed
Tear them in small pieces
Add 2 & 1/2 cup of warm milk to the bread & mix properly
Add vanilla essence
Add powdered sugar(3/4th cup)
Mix it properly so that there is no lumps
Blend 2 egg white in a blender & mix it to the prepared mixture
Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Once again mix it properly so that there is no lumps.The mixture should be smooth
Grease the vessel with enough butter
Pour the mixture
In a double boiler,place it .Cover & cook for 30-40 minutes.After 30 minutes keep checking the pudding by a fork
Almost done
Once the pudding is done,cool down completely.Then take it out.It will come out smoothly.Keep it in a freezer till its chilled.
Take it out & cut pieces.
