5 butir telor ayam
1 bombay
2 tomat
8 bawang merah
1 batang seledri
1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk
Garam secukupnya
CARA MEMBUAT TELOR CEPLOK TUMIS BAWANG :
1. Telor ayam di goreng mata sapi (kasih garam sedikit)
2. Tumis bawang merah, setelah harum tambahkan potongan tomat & irisan bombay
3. Tambahkan garam, lada bubuk, kaldu bubuk, masukkan telor ceplok, aduk hingga merata, terakhir tambahkan irisan seledri
